"Owner of the company came to my property and he gave me a thorough bid covering the cleanup and disposal of 30 yrs of debris. He had his own dumpster trailers and his own equipment necessary to do the job. I am a very environmentally conscious person and he took the time to separate recyclables and lawn debris in different dumpsters for removal. He also gave me a fair bid to do the differed maintenance on my out buildings around my property and was able to restore multiple buildings that other contractors said would have to be torn down-removed and built new at a larger expense. We’ve recently had him back to build a hot tub surround with transparent roofing out of 120 yrs old barn wood posts that was saved from a building that couldn’t be remodeled. Definitely will have him back for future projects, highly recommended."

I have had difficulty even getting return calls from other contractors, so this was fabulous!! They found rot on our trim which is pretty par for the course at the Oregon coast. Since they are a contractors, they were able to make the repair right away and our job was completed on time!! We had an electric contract and weâ re able to pay with square which was also a plus! I would hire Jacob again to do other work on my home if needed. Highly recommend!"

"They were efficient in terms of the process. They sent the pad in a reasonable time frame. I did have to call a couple times. It took about a month to deliver. They sent the material which was packed nicely. There were 2 issues: 1-the glue or adhesive they used smelled badly. I had to put in my garage for a couple weeks until that 2-every corner was protruded, the table pad corners were too sharp on the mat .which poses risks with small children. I called about that and they said to put some tape over it. The manager called back to discuss the issue was. She suggested that I try to fix. it. The company might have done something to repair if I had followed up."

"Happy Construction is a prompt and efficient operation. They start and finish on time, and do everything they promise. Definitely well above the norm one is used to seeing in the construction industry in terms of timeliness. There is a definite sense of pride in the work they do.
So far, this is the third time this year we have had them work on our house. The first time was to build a deck, the second to install french doors and this time to repair our siding and complete some unfinished projects that we couldn't get to ourselves.
