"Alamo Garage Doors really care about their customers. Our door wouldn’t close properly, and they took the time to explain why and how to fix it. Everything was repaired on the spot, and it’s been working perfectly since."

"I am very glad that I hired Mike to fix my broken garage door spring. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed within a day. Before finishing the job, he tuned everything up, and now the garage door opens smoother and quieter than I can remember. Thanks Mike!"

"They answered my call immediately and the next day a technician came out to evaluate the problem. Very professional and polite. He was able to replace the garage opener right then. Had all the part and supplies with him. The door works better than before. Very happy with service and end result. Highly recommend and will definitely call again should I need garage door issues."

"Jack went out of his way On two separate jobs, one garage door installment, and a separate garage door repairs. Jack is tremendously reliable and gets the work done when he says he’s going to get the work done which is invaluable. I would recommend Jack to anyone who’s looking for either a door installment or a garage door repair."

"They came when scheduled and were professional in every respect. Not only did they do the job well but they found several other problems which they fixed after asking me. I have no reservations about recommending them as a result of my experience."

"Refrigerator was repaired, washer and dryer were written off as a lost or beyond repair due to parts needed for repair no longer in stock, and the garage door was repaired but not covered by CHW"

"The door looks good and the installation went smoothly. There was other problems. While the door was advertised as a "Premium" door the manufacturer offers no type of warranty. When I contacted the seller, he said there was a warranty, but when I asked him to send me a written copy of the warranty, I received no response. I admit i should have brought this issue up before I signed the contract and I would advise anyone doing business with this company to do so. I hope I don't have any problems with the door.
