We were interested in remodeling our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring throughout the house, as well as new ceiling lights and new closet systems. Andrea was invaluable as an interior designer and planner, spending many hours with us reviewing and finalizing our plans as well as making certain we chose the right hardware, lights and material for the floors and the cabinets. As the project manager, Dasiel overlooked and coordinated the exceptional and professional workforce which completely gutted and then rebuilt the interior of our home. Dasiel was also able to quickly alleviate any concerns and kept the project on schedule. Andrea and Dasiel truly model their business on their slogan "Every Detail Counts". "We hired M-Worx in March 2023 for a project that they told us would take 4-6 months. It's now August 2025 and the project is still not completed because, as we will allege, M-Worx stole over $125,000 from us and caused over $100,000 in damages to the property before abandoning the project altogether. We have hired a new contractor to complete the project; however, we are still saddled with untangling the mess. In addition, we have wracked up 10s of thousands of dollars more in housing and storage expenses and legal fees, all while continuing to pay property taxes and mortgage payments for a home that we have been deprived of and cannot use. "This isnâ t my project but my mom desperately needed work done. She had not updated her home since Hurricane Andrew! She was very resistant to make any changes but stuff was starting to fall apart. She agreed to fix up the kitchen but I wasnâ t going to have enough time to oversee the project and sheâ s divorced.
