He was very responsive from start to finish, explained everything very thoroughly, finished the job in the time given all at a very competitive and reasonable price. "They left gaps and installed small pieces of wood in the stairs instead of a sole step in each step section when I asked them to come and inspect the job the inspector started jumping in the stairs stating they were sturdy. Now that the season changes all the wood has expanded and compress and look awful $10K in the trash. Had to get another vendor to repair the problem. Empire doesn?t do the job they hired little mom?s and pop?s contractor to do the job"
