After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. He explained that if the valve were to stick again, it will need to be replaced. He gave an estimate of the cost of the part. About 2 weeks later, the oven quit heating again. I called and gave the model and serial #'s and the part was ordered. Billy called when the part came in and came out the next day to install it. He was a very nice and professional person. The company called to make sure what he did was to my satisfaction. I said yes. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a repair on a major appliance or a new appliance."
