He tried but wasn't able to make it work. Despite the problem, the company reps contacted us immediately and scheduled a person to arrive in two days with the correct sized materials and finish the work. The person did arrive as promised and finished the installation of the interior trim. We're satisfied with the results and more than satisfied with their customer service."
