"Placed my order nearly a month ago and still have not gotten my order. Ordered 43 boxes of a laminate that is discontinued so they were one of very few options. Salesman told me they had my entire order available, even asked if I wanted more. Got an e-mail a week later saying my order would be delayed a week as they were shipping my order from NC and warehouse was pulling material from other locations to get the quantity I needed to fill my order. I contacted their order person and she advised they would ship order in Oct 12th and that I should get my order by Oct 19th. I placed my order on Sept 26th. I e-mailed the person on Oct 16th to ensure I would get my order the following week but got her out of office e-mail. I had to call back on Oct 20th because I had not gotten a response from my e-mal and still had not even gotten a shipping e-mail. The lady answered and told me she would call me back by end of day to give me a status. I called back at end of say because I got no call back and left a message that I needed them to overnight my order if possible because my contractor scheduled me for my floor installation the week they told me I would get my order. I had to call back next day because I still hadn't gotten a response to my voicemail. Lady answered and said they would be shipping item out that day, I get feeling had I not called back no one would have contacted me. I asked could they overnight the order and se said no because they could not expedite freight orders. She said there was basically nothing she could do and wasn't sure why I did not get another e-mail saying my order was delayed a second time and asked if she wanted me to ship it. That made me angry as I waited almost a month, what was I going to say "No" and waste a month of my time? Long story short, very bad customer service and communication from this company. I live in AZ so I understand I wasn't going to get my order in a couple of days but it will be over a month since I paid for my order that I will have my order assuming the lady wasn't lying and I get it next week. I would recommend doing business with some other online flooring company. Again, I would have requested a refund and looked elsewhere but I needed to match the flooring in my rental and this was only company that I found that sold the exact floor model I needed. If I could give negative stars I would."
