"It went smoothly except that the Salesperson led us to believe that our windows would be maintenance free. On the casement windows, the installers only offered two options: Leave exposed wood that would require painting, or bridge across it with 5" wide aluminum trim that is not textured and would show any dents or imperfections. Textured trim that conforms to the contours of the window framing is commonly available as we pointed out with our neighbor's replacement casement windows. Thankfully, the cost was low enough that we were able to have a third party provide the finishing how we wanted it and stay within budget. One of the screens was damaged during installation and was replaced on a followup visit. One of the windows had an imperfection between the panes and was replaced on a followup visit. Overall, we feel that Window World was the best choice for our replacement windows."

"This is a first class operation.  Mr. Zuber is very low key, nice and knowledgeable. He gave us alternatives for the look we were trying to achieve and advised us well. You see we were not thrilled with the idea of siding our house, as a lot of siding we had seen was not so good looking, but we are so pleased with the decision now that all is done. My skeptical husband is now the biggest fan of siding. Joe's crew was polite, hard working and dependable, caring very much about their craftsmanship.
