"Seemed pretty inexperienced (although not sure that is unique these days given staffing shortages). Didn’t really understand the ask about the bathtub drain being clogged. Did correctly fix the shower issue, but when they replaced the fixture they didn’t screw it in all the way so the next few showers let a lot of water into the wall until we realized and fixed. Overall did the job and came in reasonable time but seemed to be very new to the job."

While they were here we had them look at a few concerns we had with our hot water heater and a slow leaking pipe. "They tried to push for the most expensive solution at $900 x 2 toilets ($1,800) instead of the chosen solution at $299 to repair both toilets. The problem has been fixed and should stay fixed for at least one year. I did think that $299 was a bit steep for the work performed but they were able to come next day when my regular plumber told me I'd have to wait 7 days."
