"We always had issues with the garage door. I finally had enough and went to take the roller off. Come to find out, THAT ONE HAD THE TENSION CORD ATTACHED TO IT. Of course I wasnt able to get it reattached. This was around 630. Called 7 companies and were told itll be a few days or no answers. This guy, called me back, while he was at home, came out and reattached the tension cord, and corrected the original issue. WHILE IT WAS SNOWING OUT. Definitely trust this company!
