"Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The price was about average for our car. While getting an appointment was not difficult, but the openings were always a few days out (We had to call several times to coordinate work schedules as the car is shared). On the day that it was scheduled to be replaced at my work by their mobile unit, it was raining pretty hard. They offered to pick up the car, replace the windshield at the shop and return the car when the seal had set. This was great because the car needed to be inspected by the end of the month and we were running out of time and rescheduling would have been difficult with our schedules. They did offer an extra year warranty on their work for only twenty dollars more. And while we were told not to inspect the car for 48 hours, we had just enough time to get it all done by the end of the month."
