"Firstly, there was frequent communication between Luiza and me which I really liked. She asked me to send photos of what specifically was needed and followed up with a great quote. She worked around my schedule and I really appreciated that as she was able to find an appointment when previously she had no one at that time. She kept in contact to remind me of the appointment and then the two professional cleaners sent me a text when they were nearby the day of the appointment. The two professionals who were very courteous arrived right on time. They even had to bring the heavy equipment up three flights of stairs as there is no elevator and did not complain once. Since my sleeper sofa and chair had not be upholstered since I bought them many years ago there were grease stains especially by the head and arms. My area rug had not been cleaned since prior to the pandemic and all were in urgent need of cleaning. They worked efficiently and thoroughly. My furniture and area rug received the tender loving care they desperately needed. They even showed me videos of the upholstering they were doing in my home. The stains were so ingrained into the fabric that they had to clean them 3-4 times to restore the fabric! The stains and odors were completely removed and the colors were beautifully restored. I am admiring how bright everything looks again. This was an excellent company to work with and deserve the 5-star rating and review. I will gladly use them again and refer them to others.
