"When I called their office he was very prompt in sending someone to the site for ideas. They drew a wonderful preliminary plan. Then I requested that Doug Fullerton come back so we could make changes. He had wonderful ideas. He started the work in just a few days. He did everything we wanted, and he did it wonderfully. The prices were reasonable. He also moved a shed so that we could make better use the space. The customer service was terrific. I can't imagine anyone could have done a better job with no stress or hassle. It looks beautiful, and this was all done in just 3 weeks, was exactly how long he said it would be! After working with several contractors on smaller jobs and interviewing several others for my kitchen remodel, I went with Sergiy and his team. He worked with our design to demo, prep and finish a large kitchen for cabinet and appliance installation. I could not have expected a better job, or a nicer group of people into my house. Above all, he worked with me to ensure that everything was as planned, and not just to ?acceptable? standards, but to ?professional? standards. There is a difference.  He came in on budget, was very reasonable, and also took care of some nagging unrelated issues, like adjusting our patio doors (a lot cheaper than buying new ones) and replacing a window that I measured and bought myself for a fraction of what anyone else would charge.

The project included a complete demo, and removal of soffits including getting rid of a lot of wallpaper yet keeping the wallboard underneath perfect for painting, new exhaust, etc. They ensured everything was lined up, dimensionally accurate, plumb and square for my cabinet installer and appliances.

I am so happy that I did not have a condescending or patronizing contractor that was looking for anything to change our vision or add unnecessary work and then get out before anyone noticed.  I wanted to have more control than just pay $100K+ to one contractor and hope for the best. I split up design, cabinets and appliances. Many would not even consider anything that was not the entire job. Sergiy really worked with me, was sincere in making everything right, and the cost was super reasonable and spot on.  He is focused on the job, not on over selling. A very nice change, indeed.

"After meeting with a number of other contractors for our project, we decided to hire MD Construction. We hired MD Construction to replace the failing retaining wall in our driveway as well as installing steps to a paved pathway that leads to our yard. We met with Miguel (the owner of the MD Construction) and he is very knowledgeable with the process and materials involved. They gave us a great price and provided us with a copy of their insurance and NJ contractor’s license. When they started the work, we had very bad rainstorms the entire week, which made their job even harder. However, they were diligent and professional throughout the process and completed the project on time and within budget. The wall looks great and is an appealing improvement to the home. We will be using them again to replace our patio in our backyard."

"Frank came out, clearly explained what he would be doing and the cost. He was professional and reasonably priced. He installed a drain that has been well tested with all the rain we have had. The water issue was not related to the pool but the patio built around it. He understood I was under time constraints and was able to move me up on the calendar. He explained the materials being used including "goose egg" rocks and I had him remove the additional mulch around the pool and replace with the goose egg rocks. When I contacted him about wanting the drain to have an elbow - he agreed and had his team come by and update."
