"Troy did a fantastic job for us and finished the job in the time he said he would. We will definitely hire him again. Thanks Troy!"

"I had a concrete patio installed, and I love it. Malco landscape is a very professional company from start to finish. I was kept up-to-date on everything as needed. The process was very seamless and Bob was wonderful to work with. I would recommend Malco landscape to anyone!!!"

"I hired Troy to level my backyard and add stone on top of it. He finish the project incredibly fast and Iâ m super pleased with the final outcome. Very communicative, sent a ton of photos of before and after. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for work to be done for their backyard."

"This is a very great company and David is a great carpenter and honest person. He did the entire job by himself in 11/2 days and even had time for a lunch break. The deck is approximately 12 feet by 15 feet. If you want a good, honest, hard working person working for you, David is that man. You can call me anytime, text or email if you need any more information. His prices are very good and competitive."

"Very reasonable and easy to work with."

"Everything was excellent. The team identified the hole in our pool liner. On the day of replacing the liner, identified a potentially severe issue with the structure of the pool. Provided a recommendation for a replacement pool. Proceeded to remove the old pool and excavate the land in preparation for construction of the new pool. Once the new pool arrived, they constructed the pool and constructed new outline landscaping around the pool. We are now the envy of our neighbors who have all watched and gazed in amazement at our new backyard oasis. For all of your pool needs, this is who you need to contact ASAP."

"Friendly, quick response to calls and quality work"

"I needed a rather major swale added to both my property and my neighbors property to divert significant stormwater that occurs during intense storms. I had a shed and garden structure in the way which they easily made disappear. After dealing with a major sewage backup when we got hit with the runoff , I feel crazy that I'm excited to see heavy rain and for this swale work. These guys are professional and I consider experts in their field. All that and a great price to boot. I highly recommend them any excavation project large or small. Derek Himes"

"This group were very hard workers and very good about keeping me informed of their progress during their time cutting down three trees that were either half dead or very close to my house. I would use them again."

"My initial contact was with Mark in late August or early September. We had arranged to meet and discuss the work that I wanted performed (pointing up the mortar on the brick chimney and under the windows on the front of the house). There were scheduling problems (for both parties) after one or two attempts and I was later contacted by Josh, who finally came out to my house in mid September to look at the job. I was impressed with Josh's knowledge, enthusiasm, and answers to my questions.
After discussing the scope of work to be performed, Josh assured me that someone would get back to me within a week with an estimate so we could schedule the job over the winter months. After a week went by, I called to see of they were working on an estimate and was assured that they "hadn't forgotten about me". After another 2 or 3 weeks, I called both Mark and Josh and left a message to see what was up as far as the estimate and scheduling.
It is now the second week in December and still I've heard nothing. I like these guys and I would like to have them perform the work, but at this point, I don't know if they are too busy or just don't want to do the work because it is not a big job. If that is the case, it would help if they would just tell me so. I hate to look elsewhere, but communication is an issue here so I may have to give up on these guys. Too bad.
I rated them as a "C" overall, with a "D" for responsiveness (or lack thereof) offset by a "B" in punctuality and professionalism
for the time when Josh did show up.
