He fixed my TV after another repair service told me the situation was hopeless if I didn't spend an unreasonable amount of money with them (after, of course, they'd missed their first appointment with me). The best part of dealing with Eddie instead was his professional and friendly approach; he was prompt, on-time, informative, and frank. He always returned phone calls as promised, showed up as agreed. As an authorized technician, he always called the TV company direct if there were any technical issues that needed dealing with. During the initial diagnostic visit, he very honestly talked to me about the cons of repair -- that depending on which component needed to be replaced, it may approach the cost of simply buying a new (albeit smaller) set. I decided to go ahead with the repair anyway, and Eddie did everything he could to make sure we got it repaired efficiently and in a timely manner. "We used Mega Kitchen and Baths for a gut renovation and remodeling of a home that we recently purchased. Mega did great work from design through construction, installation, and finishing touches. Ibrahim promptly met all of our requests, and their workmanship was excellent. Katherine Bradshaw was an invaluable resource. She helped us select all of the hardware, colors, cabinets, tiles, etc. We decided to go with Mega in large part because of a walk-through of the house with Kat and her drawings for the kitchen. In the end, we were very glad that we chose Mega. Kat was a knowledgeable designer who listened to us and provided great input throughout the process. Both Kat and Ibrahim were always accessible and returned all communications promptly. It was a big job but Ibrahim and his team finished on time (on a tight schedule) and were thorough about taking care of everything on our punch list. We interviewed a number of contractors and Mega provided experience, value, and customer service. In short, we highly recommend the company and will use them again for any future projects."

"Not a smooth job, unfortunately. Stan had challenges retrieving photos I texted and emailed him, and we played phone tag a few times. Had communication problems nailing down an appointment for an estimate followed by the day of work to be done. A formal estimate arrived after the work had started and was higher than the verbal estimate, and when questioned he honored the original price. His handyman was friendly enough and knowledgeable but did a rather sloppy job with the grout and refused to do some touch ups that would have looked polished/finished, claiming they wouldn't have improved performance. He also left behind some equipment. They don't accept credit cards, which I hadn't noticed if it was part of their policy. Maybe I missed it. In all, difficulties with communications and not a professional finished job, in my opinion. Some rough edges that will need to be polished or redone at some point. Unfortunate. It's been difficult to find pros with license and insurance willing to this work."
