"The day of the job the two young men who came were punctual and did all work as described - moving the heavy furniture out of the way, removing the carpet, padding, strips, tacks and nails, and disposing of all neatly in the dumpster behind my building. They scrapped and swept the floor to get up the places the padding had adhered to the tile. They also showed professionalism by showing me as soon as they noticed that there were places the tile would crack or chip as they were pulling up the strips, and also by effectively working around some plumbers (and their equipment) who were also doing some work in my unit that day.
