Despite the weird shape of the house and not a lot of extra space to work with, Druziako figured out a way to get it installed. They was fantastic from the initial estimate appointment through finishing installation. Everyone is extremely friendly and you can tell it is a family owned business. The price was extremely reasonable and everything got done quickly. It took a couple of extra days beyond the original plan but that was only to make sure it all got done correctly and to figure out how to work out a few problems (again with the old house). They provided a timely quote and showed up and did the work professionally and on time. There were a few hiccups, such as the installation of the hatch to the attic space, but Sila’s carpenter agreed to fix the problem at no additional cost to us, so I consider that to be excellent service. "I own an older cape that was built in 1959. My wife and I have been living with window air conditioners for the past 13 years, as the our house has no ductwork to accommodate conventional central air conditioning. We did some research on high velocity, micro-duct A/C systems as an alternative to conventional central air systems. We heard about Joyce Cooling & Heating from our next door neighbor, whose father had used them several years ago and we decided to give them a call. The salesman, Abe, came out the next day to determine project scope and provide a quote (scope can be quite complicated depending on layout of house). Abe went a step further and brought the owner, Tony, out to the house a few days later and together they explained the project in detail and provided us with ideas/options on how to configure the system. The project began on June 13 and was completed on June 16. The installation team (mechanic - Bob and apprentice - Mitch) was polite, courteous and most efficient. The amount of work that they accomplished in 3 days far exceeded my expectations. They left my house immaculate at the end of each workday. High velocity A/C systems are not cheap, however, my wife and I could not be happier with our investment in this quality product. The entire Joyce team is clearly focused on customer satisfaction and they made this an enjoyable experience for us. I would definitely recommend Joyce Cooling & Heating to others."

"Wow... where do I start? For a few days I'd been smelling an awful smell in my diningroom and on the night of July 4th (around 8:30 to be exact), I finally noticed the problem. I never thought to look up, but as I was turning off the light in my diningroom, from the corner of my eye, I thought I saw a drop of water falling. Sure enough the ceiling was wet and water was dripping right through the chandelier onto the diningroom table. All the guts (vents/duct) of this a/c is in a crawlspace and it's packed in there pretty good with very little wiggle room. I did what I could to get the water to stop leaking onto the floor of the crawlspace, including moving the pan ever-so-slightly so the water dripped into the pan, and not from the bottom of the air duct, onto the crawlspace floor, and also bought a water pump to pump out what water was in the pan, but that only worked temporarily. The pan was cracked so water was leaking out of the crack as well and because the pipe taking the excess water out of the house was clogged, there wasn't much more I could do. After calling one vendor that was recommended - and never getting a call back - I looked up places on Angie's List and found Climate Technologies. Reviews were excellent and they are also in the same town I live in. I left a message, told them what I was experiencing and that I hoped they could help. I got called back within the hour by Steve. He told me they could help and that Leo would be by in a couple hours. Leo showed up at the time I was told he would and checked everything out. He told me what the problem was and what he could do to fix it. It took him about three hours from start to finish. There was so much water in the pan it filled the wet/dry vac twice! He cleaned out the clog in the pipe that exhausts the collected condensation out of the system, (and I think he had to install new pvc pipe to do that) cleaned out the duct of the water that had backed up and fixed the crack in the drip pan. He also washed the air filter (it's a permanent filter) as that was dirty too.
Since then that drip pan is bone dry, and all condensation is draining out to the gutters and on the ground - OUTSIDE the house - where it should be! I'm very thankful to Climate Technologies - they were great from the first contact. Leo is terrific - great personality and a very good technician. I will be calling Climate Technologies in the Spring for a seasonal check up and cannot thank them (and Leo) enough for the help they provided. I definitely recommend Climate Technologies.

"Through the several steps of getting this generator project done Palmer was on time and on task always. Their communication is outstanding from Michelle's initial visit and proposals through tank delivery by Corey and most centrally through all of Steve's installation work and coordination with inspectors, electricians and me. Two weeks later first power outage and everything worked like a charm. I just started with Palmer four months ago and added oil delivery and service to my generator work and I've been pleased with everything in the office and field. Very grateful."
