"He was able to come to our house the day after we talked to him to measure our basement. He scheduled with us to install in 3 days. The day before the scheduled install, he called and asked if a prep crew could come and install the tack strips. Two guys came and within an hour the prep work was done. The install crew showed up maybe 1/2 an hour early (he called first to make sure it was OK to arrive early) and completed the install in about 3 hours. He also guarantees his work for 1 year."

Ogden's Carpet had guaranteed the install on it, so they came back and stretched the carpet again. Overall they were a good company to work with, they just get a B on price for the employee charging me more."
