"Phil and the entire crew were excellent from start to finish. They are true professionals, with great attention for details. Our project was extensive with several stages, but Phil kept in close contact with us the entire time. Always easy to reach, attentive, and quick to respond to our questions or ideas. The team from Paintworks, their painting company made our walls look perfect. Every person that worked in our home was professional, kind and felt like family by the end. Every day ended with a clean-up of the entire work space. They cared for and respected our home like it was their own. We cannot say enough good things about Swartz Builders and Paintworks. We highly recommend them and we will call upon them again in the future for other projects. Our home is absolutely beautiful and we are proud to have friends come over!"

"Todd Morrissey gave me a quote by email after I emailed him with dimensions and photos of the powder room.  The work included the removal of the old flooring and toilet and installation of the new flooring that we provided along with the reinstall of the toilet.  The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Todd gave me a date for installation based upon my availability.  Todd and his helper Dave showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  We are pleased with the results."

"We are very pleased with how our bathroom turned out. We enlarged the master bath into an adjacent bedroom. Now we have a cabinet with drawers, the same size shower as before, and a partially re-arranged floor plan. Gary scheduled the other contractors needed to complete the job: plumbing, electrical, tile, granite work, and paint. The job took longer and cost more than originally planned (these things generally do). We had the work done 2 years ago and are still very pleased with the work."

"Could not be happier with the work. The installed new cabinets, handles plumbing, skimmed the walls, added floor tiles and fixed the ceiling. Cleaned up everyday and always arrived promptly at 8. Great group to work with!"

"This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his crew for flooring. Nick was very flexible from the start. My wife and I both work full time and we have young school aged kids so meeting with a contractor during regular business hours was nearly impossible to accomplish. On several occasions before we even officially began the project, Nick came over late after the kids were already in bed to discuss our plans and ideas for what we wanted done and to offer his opinions. We have always been impressed with Nick that he is not pushy or overly “salesy”, we definitely did not feel pressured to start the project until we were ready and convinced it was what we wanted to do. We had about 1,000 sq ft of flooring replaced this time around and it was very nice knowing that Nick and his crew were very conscious about the fact that we have young children and treated our house like their own and made sure there was nothing left that they could have injured themselves on. Heck, they even let our dog out and played with him a little bit each day because he’s not normally in his crate all day. The floors came out beautifully, we are so happy with the finished results. While it was not a cheap project, I believe the labor charged on top of the materials was very fair. I would highly recommend anyone use Nick’s Tile and More because you can truly tell they take pride in their work and care about the customer more than the paycheck."

"Excellent work! John really worked hard to match the texture of the patch to the existing ceiling. I highly recommend him!"

"Artistic Construction (AC) performed a complete kitchen remodel in our home. The project required flooring reinforcement and installation of high-end cabinets, granite, and appliances. The crew was reliable, courteous, and a pleasure to have in our home. We have since hired AC to complete other projects in our home."

"Backsplash tile in kitchen George was very professional and thorough cleaned up wonderfully am going to hire him again for floor tile will not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends"

"Our family loved Brian and Staff. They became part of the family. Very professional and got the work done with exact precision. The bathroom is more functional now and the subcontractors for tile were also amazing. Loved working with them all."

"Fantastic! Mike came as planned for the estimate and we set the date for installation. The weather was terrible, but he called to tell me when he would arrive. He had everything he needed, completed the job safely, quickly, and perfectly. Very personable and pleasant to work with! Extremely pleased with his work!!"
