"Project was install a new water heater. what a great group of service people. Pleasure to have in my house. Knew what to do, explained what they were doing so to educate me to make intelligent decisions on the work. Gave me heads up on any future problems they saw. Clean up afterwards, no surprises and great prices. Would call them first to work on any project that needed to be done. These are the kind of service people you want doing your work. They are more than welcome to stop by anytime even to just at hello."

"Sales rep measured rooms and windows to perform a load cal'n. Proposed a quality Carrier system at a reasonable price. The installation took a little longer than expected due to use of an inexperienced helper, but eventually it appeared to be a quality installation. They met my requests for minor modifications/enhancements to allow easier maintenance. Workers wore masks at all times, used drop cloths along walking paths and shoe covers, so the job was kept clean. Took time to explain system, installation and maintenance points. Were honest about risk of condensate pipe freeze-up and potential remedies, and "orphaned" water heater. Overall, quite satisfied with the equipment and installation. Awaiting finalization of punch list paperwork items."

"The workmanship was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Wouldn't even know they were here. Billy did an excellent job with the removal and instillation of a new hot water heater. Brought the instillation up to code by adding a drip pan and expansion tank. I have them coming back to replace valves for washing machine and installing shutoff valves."

"I was in need of a new water heater. When I posted looking for an installer I was contacted very promptly. During the conversation we discussed type of heater I would need and was quoted a very reasonable price . My appointment was set up with my choice of day and time and installer arrived at expected time. All work was neatly done and old heater was removed. I would certainly recommend 1-800-Plumber+Air"
