This was a pleasant surprise to me, since we are in the worst of the summer heat, and I expected to have to wait a few days (or even weeks) for the check-up visit. The rep from AC Pros was very professional, and even though he gave me the bad news that my coil was shot and needed to be replaced, I was pleased with his knowledge, and the fact that he took the time to show me the condition of the coil, and explained why he made this recommendation.
