"I dealt with Tim for the price and project details and then Jeff was the man who came out to do the job. The deck had previously been done by a guy who did not know what he was doing so Jeff power washed the entire deck and let it dry for 24 hours, then he sanded the deck and scrubbed it down with denatured alcohol to help remove any remaining paint from before. When the deck was dry, Jeff taped off everything and proceeded to edge everything before he rolled a nice thick layer of paint on the deck. We waited another 24 hours and Jeff returned to apply a nice second coat of paint on the entire deck. Tim and Jeff are very easy to work with and I will most certainly come back to them for future projects."

"I was impressed by Cope Floor Care just from reading the reviews, but after using James Cope to clean all the floors in our large home, I can really see why he's earned such high marks.  He did a thorough and professional job.  Our carpets look WONDERFUL and he got out some old pet stains that I wasn't sure would come out.  He also found some other faint stains that we hadn't noticed and treated them several times with different things he had with him.  When they couldn't be completely removed, he said he'd get back with us and his followup was quick and impressive.  No one knows how to do everything and I appreciated that he was willing to say "I'm not sure, but let me get back to you"... and then called us within a couple days with more info.  I've already talked to James about scheduling him in the future to come back and do all our tile surfaces and he will definitely be my Go-To person for any issues with my floors.  I highly recommend him!! <br />"

"It has been a while since I used them. We need him back to put in some furniture. The carpet has been torn out since then and there is no more carpeting. Everything was fine and nothing was wrong. We were satisfied. The carpet cleaning was of very good quality. They did not have to come out and re-do anything for us. My overall experience with them was good. I guess that their price was average but I don't know. We are thinking about using him again in the future."

After the job was completed, I was informed that the total bill was $750, which was due to 1.5 hours of work over the initial estimate. I think this was a simple case of miscommunication - they understood this the work was to be billed by the hour, I understood it was billed by the job. Kristin was very understanding, and in the end we agreed to split the difference. <br /> I would use McDonald again. They did a top-notch job with the countertops. I would just make sure that the estimate more closely reflects the final price of the job. <br />"

"Service is fantastic! We have two cleaning people here every other week and they are here and gone in about an hour. The house smells so good after they are done and I am very pleased with their work. I have pets and they take the time to make sure my furniture is clean of cat hair. Felicia has been very responsive and more than willing to work with my husband who works from home."

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured.
