"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. "8 weeks. I had them come out 8 weeks ago to do a quote... I've called more than half a dozen times to follow-up on the quote, and still nothing... just excuses. Now we are going into summer, and we don't even have so much as an estimate. Wasted 2 months of my time.."

"I own a commercial painting contracting company. I've been doing this for 25 years. Never, in all my time, have I met someone who was so dishonest. If you are unfortunate enough to encounter Joe Harrison, RUN, do not walk away. I can be reached at painterjob.apps@gmail.com. Feel free to contact me and I will tell you all about my experience. I had to turn this over to my attorney, Bodman PC, in order to salvage what I could of the warranty and promised materials. What I can say is, Alpine Complete did the job, that's it. I would hope that no person ever has to be so vigilant when dealing with a company, once a "contract" has been signed. I will be happy to share correspondence from my lawyer and Harrison. The sordid tale is too extensive to sum up in a review. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!"
