He was kind enough to let me "tag along" to ask questions so that I could fully understand the nature of anything that needed repairing to the house. His report was very detailed and easy to read. I appreciated that he included pictures which was a nice reminder as to exactly what we needed to do if anything needed fixing. The date of service is approximate because I've had issues with my computer using my account. I did hire him again a year later and was very satisfied as I was the first time around."

"We chose SureGuard even though we had better quotes from other companies because we were sold on promise that work would be completed by their crews and supervised by their foreman daily. We loved the idea of hiring a local business that uses their own crews. It was obvious once work began that SureGuard was subcontracting work to other companies, and they did not send their foreman with these crews. The paint crew arrived and didn’t seem to have a complete picture of the work to be performed. They were difficult to communicate with and we had questions about the quality of their workmanship. I ended up having to place calls with their office to address my concern. To SureGuards credit, they did send out someone the following morning and my concerns were addressed. The work did turn out ok in the end, however the process was stressful. Had we known they were going to sub out the work we would have gone with the other bids. I would consider them for roofing, which appears to be their core business."
