"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"My refrigerator was terminal. The gent who came out was very nice and very thorough and said that he could repair the appliance but it would exceed the value of the item."

"They contacted me the day after I used Home Advisor. They had an appointment that same day. Tech contacted me within the appointment time. Tech was courteous, Professional, and performed the work efficiently. I am very happy with this service and would recommend to everyone needing appliance repair."

"Joey's Appliance and Repair was a real gem of a find! You can tell that Joey himself has a real sense of integrity and pride of workmanship with his company. He was friendly and professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with my dryer within just a few minutes! Also, he was very thorough in explaining everything he was doing as he worked. I'm definitely keeping his card for any future appliance repairs, and I truly recommend this company to others."

"I was amazed at how quickly I received a call after checking online - it was within 5-10 minutes. I was given an appointment for the same day. The repairman came and fixed my dryer in a short time-he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend Fixer-Up Appliance Repair to anyone!!"

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."
