"We had a sewer line collapse in 2011.  Illini came and replaced the entire line from the house to the street.  Unfortunately over the <br /> holiday we had a lot of house guests and we had a sewer backup.  Called a different company (who did a great job too) who came and cleaned out the sewer but indicated we  may want to have the original contractor look at the pipe to make sure we didn't have further issues.  Illini came out ran a camera through the line at no cost to verify that we did not have any issues and it was just a fluke.  They were wonderful.  Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family. <br /> Thank you <br />"

"Heartland Plumbing is a family-owned business. Brandon is the owner and was also the lead plumber on my project. When the owner is doing the work, you know it is getting done right. Brandon is very professional and very knowledgeable about all aspects of plumbing. Two of his employees that also worked on my project were just as professional and courteous. Brandon has a and quot;can-doand quot; attitude. I got estimates from two other plumbers who moaned and complained about how difficult the job would be. Brandon was confident that he could do it without major difficulty. While his estimate wasn't the cheapest, it was very close to the others, and I felt his level of professionalism and quality of work was well worth a few extra bucks. I am very particular about the way work is performed in my home, and Heartland Plumbing and Sewer met all of my expectations. "<p>A pipe from the sump pump was leaking and I phoned Turney late Thursday afternoon to request service. They were not able to send someone out until the following Wednesday. On the Tuesday before their scheduled arrival, the pipe burst. I phoned them immediately and they sent Joshua and a helper out right away. They replaced the pipe. At that time we discussed replacing the sump pump but decided not to as it seemed to be working properly. There was no pressure to purchase a pump.The cost for this service (replacing the sump pump pipe and regulator valve) was $94.87.<br /> </p> Unfortunately, a few weeks later on a Sunday, the sump pump developed problems, e.g. would not quit running. Because of impending storms that day, I decided to go ahead and have the sump pump replaced then even though the charge would be time and a half for labor on Sunday. Jim Turney came out promptly at the prearranged time and replaced the sump pump. He said he would arrange to have the pipe affixed more securely to the wall during the week. Turney phoned and sent Josh to complete the repair. <br /> Josh came and did an excellent job of securing the discharge pipe to the wall. (He did what the contractor should have done in the first place.) The cost for these services (mainly replacing the sump pump and securing the discharge pipe) was $392.09 which included the extra fee for after hours service call and labor. Labor has a one year warranty. Parts are probably warranted according to the manufacturer. <br /> I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received from both Josh and Jim. They were knowledgeable, came when they said they would, answered the questions that I had, and cleaned up after the job was finished. They were also friendly, helpful, and courteous. <br /> If problems arise in the future, I would contact Turney again. <br />"
