Mark was very professional in dealing with the issue and his quality of work could not be surpassed by any other fence company. This fence was installed this winter. Mark and his crew had to dig through the frozen ground to do the installation. His dedication to detail is unsurpassed. He was there when he said he would be and completed what he had stated was the mission of the day. The fence is beautiful. They installed a 6-foot chain link in the backyard. "2014 they came right away took measurements & gave recommends and then sent us a contract thru email. All done very promptly. Removed & reset both front gates, hung gates, removed & replaced 10' of chain mesh & slats, straightened line post & repaired bottom rail, straightened 18 posts & added concrete, replaced 12' of top, repair & replace done on rusted out gate. Excellent work. They were so good we used them again - said I needed them asap & they said they'd try to get to me same day but might be tomorrow - they came same day. I'll be using them again to close up the fence when all the backyard work is finished."

"I could not recommend Harold's Enterprises more highly. I reached out to Harold based on his listing on Angie's List before I bought my home--free of charge, he took a look at the roof on a property I was considering buying--giving me an estimate and advice. His help led me to find that the sellers were dishonest about the condition of and work done on their roof, and I purchased a different property in Hudson, NY. My home is a 1927 Craftsman that needed quite a bit of work. I hired Harold based on his honesty and responsiveness in helping me evaluate the first property. True to form, his estimate and ultimate cost to repaint the entire interior, repair and sheetrock floors and ceilings, refinish and replace hardwood floors, completely remodel a bathroom, rewire and install light fixtures, match original woodworking, install cabinetry, windows, and appliances, and even assist with installing new furniture, were more than reasonable. Better yet, the quality of his work was of the highest caliber. He has restored and improved a lovely home, and I am so thankful! I have to say that most of all, I am so happy with Harold's professionalism and diligence. Not every contractor is known for staying on the job and completing it on time. Especially in my situation, where I am a single woman trying to restore a second home when I live out of state--I assumed I would have difficulty in getting any contractor to be present and complete the job on time. However, this was never a problem. Harold was always there, was immediately responsive, and never slacked off when I wasn't there. "We hired K and B to do the prep work prior to installation of granite countertops in our kitchen and after the granite was installed by another company come back and install the new kitchen faucet, under sink plumbing and install a garbage disposer. Chris ireplied within 24 hours of my first email request thru Service Magic. He came and gava an estimate for the work. There were multiple visits to coordinate all that needed to be done and there was never a problem with scheduling return trips. One minor glitch on installing the dishwasher water discharge hose to the dishwasher which Chris corrected himself. Price was fair, very pleased."
