"This review and my recommendation of IND Construction are an absolute pleasure to write. We wanted to update our bathroom with a new shower, and we got bids from four companies. We selected IND Construction because of its very competitive pricing, its keen demonstration of understanding what we wanted, and the complete professionalism of its project manager, Dorel Zander. We were not disappointed! The work was done when he said it would be; Dorel kept me informed daily of what was happening and what would happen next. He found some additional small problems and helped us decide what to do, he gave excellent advice and always supported our decisions. The work team was amazing. They were always on time, took pride in their clean workmanship, and were always courteous, hard workers. If they did something that wasn’t perfect, they reworked it, all within the price we were quoted. Ultimately, they sent in their cleaner, and our bathroom was left pristine. We were not charged one dollar more than what was in the agreement. I could go on about how pleased I am with the way it all turned out, but let this heartfelt recommendation speak for itself. "After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. His workmanship was very professional and finished on time! On top of that, Kevin updated my balcony to the latest building codes. His price is very reasonable. If you want cheap prices and lousy jobs,hire someone else! Highly recommended!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed working with Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group. Ben oversaw everything from making the plans, getting them approved by the city, scheduling the entire build and doing all final inspections. We really appreciate how communicative Ben was with what day and a time window we could expect the different work groups to come and what work would be done those days. If my husband or I ever had questions or problems with anything that was going on during our construction we were encouraged to call Ben and he helped create a solution that was workable for all of us. We liked that Ben and his team took care of everything from beginning to end and we did not have to hire any additional contractors along the way. We did have to purchase the specific fixtures and tiling we wanted.) We added apx 200 sq feet to our home, which included a bathroom, walk-in closet and room extension. The total process took exactly 1 year from signing our contract to us being able to use our added rooms. (That included making the plans, getting them approved by the city, the build, the installation and final walkthrough with the city inspector.) I would recommend using Ben and his team at Creative Home Remodeling Group to my family and friends. We look forward to working with Ben again in the future."

"I have an 1800 sq foot house. I live alone, My house is clean & neat. I wanted a general cleaning. They asked me what was most important to me, because they could not clean my whole house in the 4 hr window. I said the bathrooms, family room, kitchen were most important. They said they could not do all that in the four hours. So I said the most important things to me was the bathrooms & didn't want them to leave without doing the floors. And that is all they did in 4 hours, the bathrooms & floors. The bathrooms include, a powder room, used only for guests & is neat & clean, the master bath, which is not moldy or dirty, no soap scum build up in shower or on the shower door & the hall bath, used when I have company stay, Then they vacuumed the carpet & washed the kitchen floor & tile floor in the entry & dining area. What they did was excellent. They paid attention to detail. But I've had house cleaners many many times over the years so I know what cleaners do in a 4 hour period of time, as well as what I can do. I was going to check them out to see if I would want them on a regular basis. i was not happy with what they were able to accomplish in that time. I told the gentleman that, He said they don't just go in & wipe up. They do the job to really get things clean. I will say what they did was good work, just very slow. i would not hire them again."
