"Joe is hard working, diligent, and honest. I hired him 1) to put up an antenna for local tv service and 2) to fix poor wifi signals. TV was converted from cable rapidly using leftover wires. Saving $ not paying for cable and streaming off wifi. Great signal strength! WiFi was harder. He worked with ATT to determine my new iMac was sucking signals. He installed a more powerful router that solved wifi issues when iMac is off. Now I have to work with Apple to figure out how to manage the computer searching. I would not hesitate to call Joe back again. He is an excellent technician and a fine person. He is pretty busy, so sometimes it takes a few days before he can come out, but he is worth the wait."

"Fantastic. Pann showed up on-time each day for the four day project. He also came out to the site voluntarily to meet with the utility company's project manager. This was not required, but Pann wanted to make sure that there was no communication errors. The panel upgrade required that we have our power shut off for a day and a half. This required coordination and teamwork with his assistant, the city and the utility company. His project management skills are excellent. The job went like clockwork. We passed our inspection with flying colors. Pann went over and beyond the call of duty and made sure that our electrical system met and exceeded the stringent building codes He pointed out some serious safety issues with the old wiring and fixed them with new wires, switches, and conduits. This job required sophisticated demolition and construction as well as detailed and exacting wiring all done under a tight schedule. Pann Reed takes great pride in his work. He is meticulous, and very concerned about safety which is the way I want my house to be wired. He cleaned up after the job and left our home spotless. When he arrived (early on the date of install), he re-confirmed the price prior to starting as $340 and asked if this was OK, as he now had a firm price on materials. I OK'd the quote, he performed the install and was done very quickly. Not only was he efficient, but friendly, and did an exceptional job. I would hire Ertan again without hesitation."
