"I called late in the day (about 5:30pm) and spoke with Jason about repairing my dryer. He was able to schedule me for the next afternoon. He had me send him a picture of my dryer and a close up of the Serial Number tag by text. When he came the following day, he had the parts needed and replaced the dryer belt after checking the dryer thoroughly to make sure nothing else was wrong. I had also asked two other questions (one about my washer and one about my dryer exhaust thru the cement block). Jason provided several options on how to address those including steps I could do myself or the type of service provider I could contact to make those changes if I elected to move forward. Jason contacted me in the service window I had selected when I spoke with him the night before to let me know he was about 15 minutes away and arrived at the time he estimated.
