"Our 23 year old water heater finally bit the dust yesterday. I put in a request for quotes through Angieâ s List/Home Advisor and within 10 minutes Andy from Still Waters is calling me back. He was able to give me a quote over the phone just by texting him a few pictures of the old water heater. He was able to come out the same day (Saturday) to make the replacement. Andy was extremely professional and efficient. The overall cost was very fair, especially for being an emergency call on a Saturday. Because it was the weekend he had to purchase the water heater at one of the big box stores (Home Depot). When he unboxed the heater it had a dent on the side of the unit, which was no fault of his. Andy immediately let me know of the dent and explained that it was simply cosmetic and posed no problem to operation/function of the heater. He said that he would be happy to either discount the cost of the heater or take it back to the Home Depot. I decided to take the discount and keep the dented heater. I really appreciate Andy being up front about the dent and giving me options as the customer. Within just a few hours he had the old unit out and the brand new water heater installed. We now have hot water again! I will definitely be using Still Waters Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs."

They have come back to do routine maintenance checks and again are prompt and very helpful. They recently called out a warranty issue with a AC unit they didn't install and that saved me over $1K. They could have easily replaced it and not bothered to tell me that it was still under the original manufacturer's warranty."

Bill provided a referral for someone who could assist with carpentry to enable the plumbing work to be completed. After the vanity cabinetry was installed, Bill was able to schedule the plumbing work within the same week. Tim was able to come a little sooner and approached the job as a knowledgeable, seasoned professional. He was very helpful in explaining features of the product we purchased and information about warranty for future reference. Tim as well as Bill and Rex cate about the customer and are helpful and responsive to questions. Jack Woods Plumbing is always very busy in regard to scheduling work but they are trustworthy and reliable."

"This is the 2nd time I have used Safe Electric and both times I have used them have been great experiences. I had 3 new fixtures installed plus a new circuit run to be used for a new freezer in our finished basement. Jon & Eric were the two electricians that were sent to my home. They worked efficiently and quickly, but did outstanding work. Even though our basement had a finished ceiling, they were able to run a wire through with minimal disruption to the finished ceiling. I had concerns about the alignment of the lights on the fixture (this was a manufacturing defect and nothing to do with their installation) and they obliged me by improving the light alignment. They also cleaned up after they were completed and disposed of the old light fixtures and packaging materials for the new fixtures. Their work was excellent. The only negative aspect was the price which seemed very high to me. The cost for installation of the 3 light fixtures was $462 and the new circuit was $903."
