At the end of our meeting, we knew what to expect in regard to cost in material, labor, and quality of work. This project involved remodeling a very old bathroom. The old tub was removed, a new modern walk-in shower was installed with all new plumbing, a new floor was installed and deteriorated wood replaced where needed, and a new vanity was installed. Valor Home Solutions did an excellent job at keeping communication open throughout the project. Nothing was done without checking with us to make sure everything was to our expectations and satisfaction. saturated and mold started. I opened the ceiling and the wall and located how for it had run giving me a good look at the zigzag

placement of the water line when the softener was installed. The provider readily agreed to clean that up with the cost of a foot or two of pipe. I am completely happy

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Black iron construction did a great job! Ryan responded quick, gave a reasonable estimate and worked with me to figure out the best way to work a bathroom around the existing plumbing. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen. The space turned out great and it didn’t take long. If there were any changes to the estimate, Ryan talked to me about it beforehand. Overall quality work and will definitely consider for future projects."

"Very good experience! Everyone is very nice and punctual. I was given a bid a year ago and was finally able to have the work done. Then kitchen tune up came in this year they were able to match last years estimate. Delivery time frames were very accurate and reasonable. The kitchen was useable everyday during the remodel. I had a cabinet that needed a new bottom, due to having been cut out by a previous owner to accommodate a taller fridge and never had been repaired. The cabinet was rebuilt and works and looks great. I also wanted access to a lazy Susan from the dining side of the kitchen, which was installed beautifully. My back splash isfantastic! I had decided on a tile mosaic, which took some great talent to cut and install. It turned out beautiful."
