I thought I may have squirrels in the house because I heard scratching above a ceiling and saw a squirrel climbing my chimney with acorns in it's mouth.   <br /> Dave inspected all the outside areas of my house and looked in my attic. "good - on time, polite, and very professional.  There was an effort to sell more services such as Bat protection - 25 years in house we have yet to see a bat - and offer to clean out gutters - which needed it but the prices were a bit over the top. <br /> Excellent service although expensive - but on the other hand - there were about 4 visits to our property and that costs money,  3 year warrantee on the fix -  <br /> If we had paid attention to this in the past we would not have needed so much work done - <br /> re date of last visit is a guess but since the form requires an exact date - I just randomly picked one - stupid thing to have on the form when asked about "approximate  date" -- <br />"

"The CS rep quickly arranged an appointment, and the young man who came arrived cheerful and on-time.  He quickly tended to the task at hand, and assured me that if the spray was not completely successful, the company would come out again to spray a second time. <br /> <br /> As things happened, we had an extended stretch of rain not long after the initial spray (which no doubt diluted the first application.)  New ants appeared soon after, so I did call to request the company return for a second round of spraying.  Another young man arrived soon after (again, a cheerful sort) and did the second spray.  We had no problems thereafter."
