"Lucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out.
