"My main water supply pipe had burst so I called multiple companies. Faruk was the first to respond and show up on a weekend to inspect the damage and provide an estimate. Things I like about this company: 1. They were extremely responsive to my needs and questions 2. They honored their estimate even though there were a couple of unforeseen obstacles which increased the length of the project and possibly the cost to them 3. We layer found out it was not the case but they proceeded anyway rather than fixing the broken length. While I think it was probably the safest choice it may not have been necessary and they never brought it up later."

The cold water supply line valve had locked up and couldn't be turned off, so James quickly replaced the old dial valve with a 1/4 turn valve (which had already been done for the supply lines for the dishwater and hot water). In and out in quick order and cleaned up all debris. Very personable, too."
