"I don?t like giving bad reviews, especially to local businesses. But just shy of $700 for 4.5 hours, for just labor, seems high to me. The guy quoted me around $400, so I hired them, they charged me $1000. I budgeted for around $400-700, just in case, not $1000. I don?t know what the going rate is for sprinkler head repair, but seems high. I would?ve dug the holes myself, to save on time at $150 an hour. They charged me more than double of what I was quoted. The morning after their work, I already have a head broke off. I called and no one has gotten back to me. I don?t expect much. Just honesty and a good job. Especially since they charged me a GRAND to replace a few heads and cap a section off. For spending a GRAND, I expect everything to be in tip top shape when they leave. I wouldn?t use them again. Not happy at all."
