"Contacted Arlington Fence and Deck and they responded quickly. They were able to give me a general estimate for repair of several sections of a 6-foot privacy fence and a gate based on photos I sent. We set up a date for Mike to come out and do a detailed estimate. The detailed estimate was actually a bit lower than the first estimate. I also had cast iron railings that had rusted posts that needed repair and they gave an appropriate estimate for that as well. There were two different dates to do the two repairs and they came and did a great job on both. I'd definitely use them again."

"Mr. Ted Saunders, the owner, personally coordinated and supervised all the planning, actual work, and follow up actions in a very personal and professional manner.  He understood every detail of what we wanted and forgot nothing.  On the roof, he used the appropriate cleaning methods to get the job done while not damaging the roof shingles.  While cleaning the whole house siding, he did not damage the painted wood trim or spray massive amounts of water behind the siding or up through the soffit vents into our attic insulation.  He also was very careful not to damage our two skylights or break their seals and cause water damage inside our family room.  Anyone can buy a little pressure washing equipment, advertise some, and call themselves professional power washers.  These kind of people are all over the place, and they usually cause more problems than they solve for homeowners.  Ted and his employees are NOT these kind of people - they do professsional work while protecting your home.  We would use this company again and highly recommend it to others. <br />"
