"I could not be happier with Senate Pest Control. A raccoon broke into my attic and took up residence. He was an aggressive little beast. Senate was able to capture him and release him miles away, so he wouldn't find his way back. Then they tore out all of his damage (which was extensive), sanitized the attic, and sprayed in tons of new insulation. They sealed where the very stinky raccoon gained access, and upgraded it so he can't break back in. They even fixed a chronic leak that roofers couldn't find, after I casually mentioned it. Everyone was incredibly nice, very professional, and a good worker. It did cost a lot, but it was well worth it. I can't say enough good things about Senate."

"I?m so glad I used them! When I called saying I was hearing noises in my attic and had seen a raccoon in the neighborhood I had feared it got inside. They came out same day! I had called a few other places and they wouldn?t be able to come out for at least 2-3 days. Their technicians were super knowledgeable, took a bunch of pictures and even videos as it turned out I had a family of raccoons getting inside! They set up several traps, came back everyday to check on them and even came late at night when one was caught and making terrible noises! They sealed everything up, sanitized and treated for potential parasites. They were able to remove all of the raccoons and transport them to a rehabilitation center! I highly recommend them.
