"Pablo is a very professional and knowledgeable Tile Mechanic, as he calls himself. He called promptly when I put in the general request for tile work. He showed up the same day, on time. His quote was very reasonable. He ended up doing two tile jobs for us - a kitchen backsplash and a ceramic tile kitchen floor. They look absolutely amazing and I really appreciated his suggestions for tile layout and after care. I would absolutely use him again and highly recommend his company."

"I hired The Grout Medic to repair and clean my master bath shower. The builder's grade grout was falling out, and looking grungy. We needed to list our home for sale. They left it looking better than brand new! He took half a day and cleaned up completely afterwards. I should have hired them when I was living there, the shower was so nice after he finished! Very professional customer service as well."

"Carlos did an outstanding job on a challenging kitchen repair. He carefully removed our upper cabinets, opened the ceiling for HVAC work, then restored everything so perfectly that you would never know anything had happened. The drywall repair, texture matching, painting, and cabinet reinstallation were all flawless. What impressed us most was his responsiveness. We were under a tight deadline preparing our home for sale, and Carlos fit us into his schedule over a holiday weekend on very short notice. He worked efficiently without sacrificing quality, communicated well throughout the project, and kept the work area clean. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, shows up when promised, and delivers exceptional results, I highly recommend Carlos. We’ll absolutely hire him again."

"We hired BA Tiles to repair damaged tile and backing around our bathtub/shower. Once the wall was opened, we discovered the old shower valve also needed to be replaced, and Bismark was able to take care of that as well. He was responsive throughout the entire process, provided a clear quote, showed up when scheduled, and was always willing to answer questions or check something when we asked. He kept us updated as the scope changed and made sure the new plumbing was tested before closing everything back up. The finished repair looks great, the pricing was very reasonable, and we’re really happy with the experience. We’ll definitely be reaching out to him again for other projects around the house."

We pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity and quality work. We are experts in our Home Improvement Projects and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can on your particular task or project. We look forward to working with you.

"Todd and his team at TLG Tile did an amazing remodel of our bathroom last year. A year later there are no issues and everything still looks great. I cannot say enough how wonderful a job they did. They were super easy to work with, completed the work on time, adjusted when we needed them to, and created a space that we love to use everyday. Could not be more satisfied. I would highly recommend them."

"Terrific! He was punctual, thorough and affordable."

"I had a new kitchen installed a few years ago. (About 300 sq ft big) After 2 years or so the grout started to breakaway, therefore causing the tiles to crack.(forwarding 4 years later) I needed someone to fix this problem.(Not just to lay tile, but a problem solver) I had 4 other companies come to assess the problem. After hearing their solutions I researched each option online. I was hesitant to have Alon to do the floor after reading the last review. Glad I gave him a chance. Alon's seemed to have the best solution. He quoted me a price that wasn't the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. I knew we also had to see what was under this mess. Alon had to cut flawlessly around my cherry cabinets. (Floor was installed before the cabinets were installed). After he removed everything to the subfloor. We found what was causing the problem. I needed a more sturdy subfloor. Alon lay another layer of plywood to prevent movement. This will help to prevent the same problem from occur again (minimal added cost, well worth it). The job did take a little longer than expected because the tiles I ordered were 9 days delayed in delivery. Alon was very understanding and rearranged his schedule to accommodate me. The porcelain tiles look amazing. Alon did a great job!"

"After receiving a ridiculous quote from a big box retail store, I decided to try my luck with Granite Works, and I'm glad I did.
The whole process was wonderful-all their staff were courteous and very helpful, and they answered all my questions completely. Their prices are very reasonable, they have a wide variety of options to choose from, they have good deals and specials, and they don't treat you differently if your project is a small one. They were very honest about all the charges, both actual and potential, and they always made sure I was comfortable with everything.
They explained their process to me and followed it to the letter. Their staff were always punctual, both for the templating, and for the installation. The installation went perfectly, and they gave me clear and specific instructions on how best to care for my new countertops.
I am very pleased with the quality of their service, and I still love my beautiful new countertops, sink and faucet. I highly recommend Granite Works.
