"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."

"Ralph was so nice to work with. I emailed him the day we smelled a sewer odor coming from our basement. He was concerned for our family (since the smell is not pleasant or good for anyone's health). Prior to calling Ralph, we had a sewer company come out and charge us an arm and leg for a service call with no fix to our problem, blaming the smell on the main sewer line and telling us it was going to cost $700 to let us know if that was the problem and another 10k if that was the problem! Ralph assured us this can't be the case. He came by shortly after and found the problem within minutes. It was just a broken pipe in our spare basement bedroom, easy cheap fix! In addition, Ralph gave our handyman plumbing advice so that we could pay our handyman to fix the small things (such as connecting the water/ice maker up and installing a rainfall waterfall showerhead). Last, but not least, he helped us fix our leaky furnace. I wrote this glowing review because when I left to work my husband was very worried about hiring a plumber and the cost associated with the work. By lunch, my husband called me beaming about Ralph and how happy he was that we found him. I am sharing this review so others know how great he is. Our family highly recommends him!"

"Amazing Service! My main sewer line backed up late last night, causing a huge mess and a lot of stress. Mo arrived within an hour. He was incredibly professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, and cleared the line promptly. Everything returned to normal quickly, and he cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. The speed and efficiency are appreciated.""

"George responded right away via Angie?s text and then a phone call. Came out the next day to attempt to snake two clogged tubs on second floor of a side-by-side two family home, connected to one sewer line.. Clog was more severe than expected. Came back next day with partner to find pipe where they join but it was behind kitchen cabinet of both homes. Decided to bypass existing line and run new lines from each tub, join them and then drop a sngle pipe to the basement and reconnect to near the main drain. George and his team were professional and communicated in a timely manner. Cleaned up and covered opening with plastic and suggested not to close wall for a week and inspect for any leaks. No leaks so far. Closing walls this weekend. Offered us a great price and an unbeatable 12 month payment plan. Thank you George and team."

"Abraham did an excellent job of getting clogged bathroom sink and a shower stall working again. He additionally changed some old pipes in the basement. I particularly appreciate the fact that he took his time to tidy up after self and didn’t leave us with a mess. I would hire him again."

"THIS MAN, ADAM CAME TO MY HOUSE AND STAYED FOR HOURS UNTILL PIPE WAS CLEARED. HE WAS CORDIAL AND VERY REASONABLE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM"

"Shahe at Vannes plumbing is fantastic. He was very prompt with arrival, able to help me in a pinch. He got the job done successfully in a very reasonable amount of time, and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has plumbing needs."

"Great fellas, did what they had to do to snake sewer line between house and the main. They did the job"

"I recently had plumbing work done and had the pleasure of working with Gashi. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Although the project turned out to be more extensive and needed to be escalated, Gashi handled his part with great professionalism and care. He took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was left tidy. I truly appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend Gashi for anyone looking for reliable and considerate plumbing service."

"The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. Connor McBride gave me an excellent evaluation and estimate. He answered my questions patiently and professionally and responded to my phone calls and texts immediately. The staff (Gina was especially helpful the day of the install) in the office displayed the same professionalism and again, responded immediately to questions or concerns. The crew that arrived for the installation, (Fred and several men named Mike) were right on time and explained exactly what they were doing and how it may impact me as I was home for the entire day. They were also extremely professional and very pleasant to be around all day. Extra care was given through out the process to keep things clean and organized, with no damage to walls, wood floors, rugs or stairs as equipment and supplies were carried in and out of my home. I had an estimate from another company and after speaking with Arctic, it was clear that Arctic was the better choice. They were honest and thorough with a much more reasonable price. I would highly recommend Arctic Air. It is a 5 Star company that provides an excellent service with professionalism and care and plenty of smiles as an added bonus."
