"It went very well, Daryl came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted and we set a date. He arrived at the agreed upon time. He was courteous, professional and very neat. He had to remove all the old dyed coch around each skylight and replace it very neatly. With the window he had to remove the wooden exterior trim, and replaced it with fhypon. It turned out very nice, and he kept to the estimate, we were pleased with his work and we will be using them again."

"Since he replaced the doors only and not the complete frames, Elden had to do a lot of trimming and sanding to make the doors fit into the old frames.  He kept at it until they fit correctly.  He also ran into problems with fitting our new lock sets, but once again, he worked at it until they fit properly.  We really appreciated his persistence in giving us a good job. He did a great job with the aluminum trim around the door frames.  We had someone else install aluminum trim on our windows several years ago and Elden did a much better job.  He puts a bend in the middle of the trim that makes it look a lot more decorative than just an aluminum box around the frame.  He does a very neat caulk job as well. Finally, he does a good job of clean-up.  We would definitely have Elden come back and do more work for us."

"This installation was completed by installing duct work to the lower level of the home through existing closets.  Due to the way this home was constructed - we expected that there might be substantial dry wall repairs needed.  Jake (QDI installation Mgr) noticed another way to gain access that had not be considered when the job was planned.  Jake was able to gain the access and eliminate any need for dry wall repairs (and associated costs that would go with that).  The work was completed on time and professionally by QDI's skilled craftsmen.  The installation was completed within two work days with no inconvenience to our selves.  The Lennox unit works quietly and efficiently.  Our home has never been so comfortable.  I would have no second thoughts about recommending QDI to friends and family!  Our experience has been a positive and comfortable one! <br />"

"They have the 3 P's - Prompt, Polite, and Professional!  I submitted a request through Angie's list over the weekend, and received an email back asking for my address.  On Monday Rob called me and said he would stop by for an estimate that eveing - they were calling for heavy rain in a few days and he wanted to complete the repairs for us before the rain came.  He was very polite and professional and did the work the next day.  The pipes were on the back of my house, second story so it was not an easy place to access.  I was having a problem with one vent boot leaking, but since my house is 13 years old and one was already cracked, I decided to go ahead and replace all three while he was here since that would cheaper than having him come back another time later.  He showed up with a helper and got right to work, finishing the job in just an hour or so, also in the evening. It turns out that all three vent boots were cracked so I'm glad we decided to go ahead with replacing all three.   He also looked at a gutter that we were having some problems with while he was up on the roof and discovered a ball and some blockage which he took care of for us.  He cleaned up before he left and didn't leave any mess.  The price was exactly as quoted which seemed very reasonable to me, and I can't say enough about Rob's professionalism and respectful attitude.  I would highly recommend Bob Sheetz Roofing, and in fact I did already give his name to a friend who is an electrician and looks for people he can trust to help with other home repairs.  We would definitely use this company again. <br />"

"He answered our call right away at 9:30 p.m., told us how to stop the water flow temporarily, and showed up first thing in the morning to do the repair. Used special Angie's List deal for extremely affordable repair bill. Would definitely use him again."

"I had called 2 roofing companies and could not get them to come look at the problem.  Handyman Matters sent someone out to look at the problem the week after I called and they gave me a ballpark estimate to make the repairs.  They did not charge for the estimate.  I scheduled the work to be completed within 2 weeks of receiving the estimate.  They worked with me to schedule the work at a time convenient for me and also for when the weather forecast was favorable.  The repairman (Scott) arrived on time and began working.  He removed the siding where needed and found the source of the leak to be incorrectly installed flashing.  He repaired the flashing and also removed and replaced the shingles and roofing that had rotted.  Scott advised me the flashing was incorrectly installed and was pushing the siding away from the house all along the top of the roof.  He told me he could fix it if I wanted him to, even though it wasn't absolutely necessary.  Since he was available and I figured it may cause a problem later on, I decided to let him go ahead and fix it.  Scott had to go get some materials, but quickly returned and worked hard to get the work done just before dark (4-1/2 hours).  I had to pay a service charge on the repair visit and also a charge for disposal of the old shingles and roofing.  But I did get a $25 Angies List discount!  I was very happy to get my roof repaired before winter as the leak would have only gotten worse.  I would not hesitate to call Handyman Matters again. <br />"
