I had two estimates done for the work (a lot of mold was seen in the ceiling of a bedroom, it was also in one of the walls), and Chesapeake Environmental came in quite a bit lower than the other one. There ended up being more mold than originally thought (it was hard to spot evidence for, both estimates and myself missed it), so there a addition to the scope of the project, but it was still done by the original deadline. The workers were great about closing off an area to prevent spread of mold while they worked, and were punctual and hard-working - can't ask for anything more."
