"Jim Noll repaired ceiling drywall from an exhaust fan installation from another company, and a few minor holes on a wall. Prior to the job Jim walked through the house with me and told me exactly what he would have to do to get the job done. He called a few days later with a quote and a start date. On the day of repair Jim arrived when he said he would. When finished he walked me though everything he had done and asked if I was satisfied. You would not know that Jim was here as he cleaned up to perfection! I highly recommend Jim Noll and would definitely hire him again."

From the beginning they insured that our home was safe from additional damage by covering exposed areas of the roof until the insurance company could coordinate with Guardian. Guardian was there to coordinate with our insurance company adjuster and make sure all the local code requirements to install the new roof were met. The materials used are top notch, giving us an ice and water shield and a 50 year warranty on the roof, that will long out last us. During the roof install the crew was here early, covered all the bushes and shrubs, worked quickly and efficiently, and were finished by mid-afternoon. They made sure all debris and nails were picked up like they were never here. These guys know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. "The pre job meetings with the sales person went well. The siding and trim details I had in mind were available and the monochromatic color scheme of the siding,soffit, facia, trim and gutters was as well. The estimate was below my budget figure so the job was contracted. <br /> The workers were company employees and only the gutters were subcontracted. My home is not an easy one to apply siding to. There are numerous window and door openings some of which are half rounds and an ellipse and there are multiple roof lines and grade changes. None of this was a problem for the craftsmen, they showed up on time every day and had a pleasant and quot;can doand quot; attitude. The job progressed at a steady pace and I am pleased with the look and quality of the completed job. <br />"

"<p>Crew arrived at 8am and immediately got to work, they had to clear hard crusted snow off the roof, One very nice young man came to the door introduced himself and explained the days work. They had the entire roofing done by 4pm. The cleanup was excellent as they walked the perimeter of house looking for any debris a number of times along with sweeping the driveway and walk way. Throughout the day they kept the work area neat and after leaving nothing was left behind except a very satisfied customer. The next day a young man returned to place a new gutter along with soffit facia wrap around flat roof. Another courteous worker who did top quality work.
