I called Hildebrant and asked questions about prices and hidden charges, he quoted me over the phone saying if what I asked for was all that was needed, he could quote. "They came out to see what the problem was. An experienced pro came out with an apprentice. They were very courteous and explained everything. No charge for the evaluation of the low pressure water problem we were experiencing. Determined what was the issue was and not what most were saying that had to be replaced whether we needed or not. They replaced the defective inlet water pressure control value. They removed the plastic cover box and replaced the dirt with gravel so the the value would not rust or deteriorate and last longer and reinstalled the cover/box. Very nice overall job. Completed the job at a fair cost quoted after determining the cause and on the same day of investigation. I highly recommend Ernie's Plumbing Service."
