"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! "Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. Most importantly they focused on repairing the area requested versus other companies who oppression me to replace the entire roof Versus focusing on the area with the issue"

"I called Garner to see if they could do the work. They looked at the window boxes, provided recommendations that it be covered with pvc that would last a long time, not need painting and could be sealed better than aluminum. They provided a qoute, along with the stipulation that rotten wood exposed when it was uncovered would be extra to replace. Their was a lot of detailed cutting of the pvc boards to rebuild the boxes. Some of the wood underneath did need to be replaced. The work they did was fantastic. The had to work around some weather issues, but it was completed quickly and we now have the best-looking window boxes in the neighborhood. I would highly recommend Garner Roofing for roof work or replacing other trim on a house. Work and professionalism are high quality. They kept in touch with us throughout."

"We highly recommend American Home Contractors. The sales team was very knowledgeable about the roof replacement process, had all of the samples needed to assist with our decision and provided a list of addresses so we could drive by an see completed roof projects. They are a master elite GAF roofing contractor, which was important to us in selecting a contractor. The contract process was hassle free and they addressed all of our questions. The work crew was very efficient and professional, and left our property in a very clean condition. The finished product looks great. We would use AHC for additional projects in the future."

"Initially they gave me two quotes, one to have the old roof surface torn off and resurfaced, and a second quote to only resurface the existing structure. The quote that included the tear-off was only a few hundred bucks more (about 300) and would have been well worth the price, but my father, whose roof was being redone, did not find it necessary. The completed the job in a few hours while I was at work, so I was not around to see the process, but my father said they did well. The only critique I have is that some areas were a bit patchy, making the finished result not look as clean and neat (important since it will be seen from the roof-top deck). But the seal is great, has a 10 yr warranty and I have no fear about leaks....time will tell =)"
