"Justin and his crew have been amazing to work with every step of the way. 0ur roof was damaged in a storm last summer and we put it off until this year to have it looked at. Justin was extremely responsive and timely in coming to look at it, met with the insurance agent on extremely short notice, and was highly knowledgeable in helping us to understand the insurance process. He and his project manager, Darrin, were always available to answer questions and help us with samples and decisions. While they helped us understand every step, we never felt pushed or talked down to. The communication both ways was always very quick and polite. The entire team that worked on our property was obviously very skilled and took pride in their work. They took extra steps and time to make sure that gardens and landscaping surrounding the house was carefully protected during the tear-off process. That being said, they did work very quickly! At the end of each day, they carefully cleaned up the work area. Based on our many interactions with JJ Home Services, we booked him for several other projects around the house (siding, bathroom remodel, door and window install). "They did every window in the house in one day. The whole experience was fine and we didn't have any issues with the windows and they did a good job. One window in the bathroom had privacy glass, so it was a design on it that would let the light in but you couldn't see. They came out and we told them that it wasn't what we ordered. They got the right order and came back out and replaced it. That was a good deal for us and we didn't have any issues. The crew came out here and were going at such a good pace. I was helping them clean up the mess and then they would go onto the next one. I would save them time, but stayed into the evening to finish the job. They had them pre-measured, had them built, brought them out, popped out the old windows, and got the new ones slapped in. We haven't called them back for anything. We've been pretty happy with them and they've been a good product for us. We have a patio door that I tore apart. I painted it and rebuilt the wood portion of the frame. It's held up over the years, but at some point I would probably go back to Wellington because they custom built the windows and they all fitted with no issues."

"The work was good. Had it notated on work estimate to have gate low enough so my little dog couldn't escape. It was a little higher than I wanted, but so far my dog has not been able to get out.

"Sam did a great job on the basement, it looks fantastic. He has good attention to detail and is very responsive via text message. Sam came up with a plan that we approved but then once the demolition was complete, we had to change the plan to replace the sewer pipes. There were also low-hanging steel beams and lots of vents that made the basement remodel a challenge. 
Sam used subcontractors for some of the work but he would come and inspect periodically to see how they were doing. The City inspectors were also a challenge to work with and Sam had to stay on them to get them to come and actually do the inspections, but it finally all got done in the end. 
While the project was expensive, (especially with the unforeseen plumbing issues) I think we got a great value for our money. Sam is a nice guy and is easy to work with as new things are discovered and have to be accommodated during a remodeling project.

"This provider did a great job and completed it in one day.   The replacement window is double paned and a large improvement over the prior window.   The "earth well"  on the outside has been redone with timbers per my request and appears to be tight and durable. My only comment to the contrary is that there was considerably more dust than I anticipated and a small ladder was not placed in the outside "earth well".

"Tyler with just walls was one of the lower bids we had to paint our new home walls and some pillars, along with staining our doors. He was also the most curteous and responsive to our desires. I also appreciate how kind he was to my daughter and fiancee. I will use them again for any future jobs."
