"Sergio was amazing! He was able to use the existing materials we at at the house. ( We tried to DIY it and it did not go well.) I had several other companies come out and look at it and many of them said it could not be repaired and must be replaced. That would have been a $15,000-$20,000 job. I explained to Sergio that we needed it fixed so that we could pass the inspection for the appraisal of the home and the refinance that we are in the process of completing. I explained that my husband was an over the road truck driver and I could not wait for him to get home to get it completed. "When Robert and Frank arrived we discussed what we needed done as well as asked about other jobs we were considering to see if they would be able to do them in the future. Fixing the handicap rail was a godsend as well as replacing the batteries in all 10 smoke alarms. We also had our laundry door rehung as it needed to be switched from opening in to opening out. They cleaned up after they completed all jobs even though we find them it was not necessary. It was truly appreciated. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great.
