Get matched with top metal siding: repairer or partially replacers in Dundee, OR

"Golden Hawk was one of several contractors referred to us for consideration. We considered three. Miguel was the first to respond. He did a complete review of issues identified in a home inspection, discussed them thoroughly with us and followed up the same day with an estimate for making repairs. He demonstrated the best grasp of the issues and we immediately trusted him to do a professional job. He not only did everything to complete the project, he went beyond expectations and never asked for anything beyond the estimate we had originally received. Whether getting repairs or a full replacement of a roof, we will definitely contract with Golden Hawk for any future work within their service area. We highly recommend Miguel and Golden Hawk. "The crew that came to my house were professional and courteous. The job was completed ahead of schedule. A tree had fallen on my house. There was damage inside and outside. I am very happy with the work that was done!! They did a great job of matching existing shingles, also did a great job of blending paint to match the existing paint. I am very pleased with all of the work that was done!! I will be sharing my experience with all of my friends and family with high recommendation to use Valley Brothers Construction."

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"I wanted to receive quotes for a siding project from several companies and debella debt out Blake & Brady for the initial quote. They were very friendly and professional and unlike other companies respected the fact I wanted to do this in February. They were very supportive and didn't try to pressure a same day sale. The actually spent over 5 hours at my home going over all the details and answering my questions. The found the right serv6fir me within my budget so I signed up now for them to start in February. They are one of only 2 actual certified james hardie color plus installers in idaho in I feel confident they will do a fantastic job."

Linn County contractor. Framing to finish work no project is too big or too small!

"Joe and his crew were professional, prompt, courteous and patient throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent. Petra the designer was very helpful in choosing a palette. They were attentive to all the details and wanted to ensure I was satisfied. Joe went the extra mile and coordinated with the contractor that did the seismic work that I had completed at the same time. There are likely lower priced siding contractors out there but the quality, integrity and ease with which it was to work with Joe and his crew was definitely worth it and the work was done right the first time! I absolutely would hire him again. Anne"

"We had Gentry Family replace our roof a couple years ago and knew we wanted to have them back for our windows and partial siding. We are pleased with their communication and work they did, and the price was very competitive. We would hire them again."

"Suburbia painted our 1930s English Tudor house in Portland after a major re-siding project. They also prepped and painted a 1960s duplex for us. In both cases, we were very happy with the work. One project was this year; the other was two years ago. The owner, Carlos Santos, is professional, friendly, conscientious and very hard-working. He did our estimates and personally oversaw both projects. His prices are fair, considering the quality of his work and his attention to detail. Our house looks gorgeous now, and the duplex looks much better. He goes the extra mile, both on prep work and finish work. His painting crews were friendly and hard-working, and they took good care with our property. In both cases, the work got done on schedule. He discovered some dry rot on the rental property mid-way and took care of it quickly and very fairly. Also, he doesn't disappear after the job is done: When we called him about a minor follow-up thing with our house, he came back right away and took care of it, despite being very busy. We would certainly recommend him to anyone, both for interior and exterior work."

"I don't usually write reviews online, but in this situation I cannot help myself. I was blown away by Mark's responsiveness and work ethic. I venture to say that Mark is faster, smarter, more efficient, and more detail-oriented than most any contractor. I was in a desperate situation (had to fire another contractor for unfortunate reasons and NEEDED our only tub replaced and bathroom tiled so my fiancé could use it to recover from surgery in a few days). Mark problem-solved quickly, told me to buy a new tub, and came over Friday at 5 after his regular work day to help me get the tub replaced in under 2 hours. After asking his wife first (classy), he offered to work over the weekend to get the job done. We worked side by side to knock out the bathroom in 2 very long days. Being a new home owner, I was jazzed to learn how to tile and Mark was an excellent leader and teacher. Honestly, I could go on and on. This guy is for real. He's professional, skilled, and efficient as all get out. I'm sure he isn't perfect, but I think you'd be very hard pressed to find a better skilled or more enjoyable contractor in the area. "
