"We had a serious issue with animal damage (raccoons, squirrels, birds) within our roofline. We had tried several "critter" control services, but they could never rectify the problem or damage. The affected roofline was approximately 30' high on one damaged area and 40' on another, and a difficult area to work on. We contacted Stan of SK Capital Services and he showed up promptly for an inspection and estimate. He scheduled the work and showed up on time with a crew and completed the repair within several hours. The repair required the removal of the existing wrapping and soffit, and the replacement of damaged wood. The damage was repaired and fixed in a manner that we have had no repeat problems with the animals. Highly recommend the company."

"Home Genius Exteriors contracted to replace the roof. Emmanuel showed up as the Project Manager with a solid crew. They performed the roof replacement exactly as discussed in the contract. Highly professional, respectful and efficient. Thank you HGE!"

"I’ve used them for door repairs, painting, and drywall repair and they are always great to work with. Reliable, professional, and always clean up after the work. I will continue calling them when I need things done around the house!"

"Excellent! Mike is on time, on schedule, and provides excellent work. Everything repaired perfectly. Works hard to get things done quickly but with high quality. Responds quickly to text message, a must for working with me. I've used Mike twice and I highly recommend."

"“I strongly recommend JW Home Improvement for all home repair and renovation needs. Over the past few weeks we have had various projects completed, including, exhaust fan installation, stairwell repair, dry wall repair, exterior dormer and trim replacement and gutter/downspout painting. All of the technicians were friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, respectful, highly skilled and operated efficiently to finish ahead of scheduled time. Pedro, Kevin and Antonio in particular were exceptional in going above and beyond to produce truly beautiful work. The craftsmanship and precision displayed by these technicians was extraordinary and they were an absolute pleasure to have in my home.”"

"I had an outside light that would not work.  Gary identified the problem and quickly fixed it.  It was a simple fix and he chose to NOT bill me.  He essentially fixed the problem as he was diagnosing it!
Gary spent about 45 minutes of his time at my home, during which time he gave me an estimate for another job I need done.  Our conversation lead me to believe that Gary knows his business, is a problem-solver, and believes in providing his customers the maximum value for their money.  While no one wants to need repair work done in their homes, I feel a little better knowing that I've found a businessman who knows his trade and will do the job right the first time.

"Professional and prompt. Fair price. They repaired some siding and a window. Quality work and would recommend."

"RP renovations were hired to prep, and paint walls ceilings and trim for two bedrooms, one of two baths and the living areas and halls of my approximately 1200 sq ft condo with Sherwin Willians Promar 200. they were the low bidder of 4 bids received and performed above and beyond, completing work within four working days, despite a snow day. On top if prepping over 100 nail holes specified, they were flexible enough to accept additional small taskings and came back with a team to address minor detail issues. Outstanding Value. i would suggest specifying prepping prior prep errors."
