"Both Jerson our Plumber and Mary who helped arrange our work order were fantastic. Jerson provided solid advice as he looked at my issues, which I appreciated and in the end worked out for the best. Very competent and explained things well. Will use Beacon again after the results of their last two outcomes at our home."

"Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period. Installation was scheduled for Friday. I solicited other companies quotes using the estimate provided by the first company and all declined stating I needed to schedule an appointment for someone to come out to take measurements, etc. Our inside temperature was 98 degrees. Advanced Environment Solutions provided us an unbinding estimate of $9,600. a better warranty and immediately dispatched a technician to take measurements and install a portable AC unit until the new one could be installed. Our unit was installed Friday. What a bunch of professionals! The team arrived at 6:30 am and were done by 11:00 am. To our surprise, we received a fruit basket from Advanced Enviroment Solutions the following day thanking us for selecting them! Who does is anymore? Hey competitors... "It went well and was quick, but expensive"

"Jimmy showed up to my home during a time when my thermostat was not working. That issue was fixed. He sold me a services contract and told me when he returned to services the units, he will cover the pipes outdoors. I purchased the contract for twice per year maintenance. I scheduled with him for a specific date. Appointment was confirmed but Jimmy did not show. When I called, he it appears that he forgot my appointment and he rescheduled saying he could not work in the rain. He rescheduled for a few days after and one of his workers showed up (Carlos). The guy showed up looking like he was someone who does not want to work and unprepared. So, I asked him if he has filters and he said know. Jimmy's workman did not bring filter, so I offered him filters I had stored. I asked him if he bought things to cover the pipes at the back, he said no. I called and left a message for Jimmy. Carlos was so rude and unprofessional. I was so scared of him and the way he was behaving. Carlos then said he would NOT do any service. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME. He did return my money. BUT I will not recommend him. Will NOT use him again. As woman I will not hire again. Customer services was poor, reliability and punctuality poor."
